Our simple three-step process is designed to be the pulse of your brand.

Let’s discuss your goals, objectives, deadlines and budget

Our team will craft a customized proposal that suits your needs and meets your goals

You will receive a welcome email where you will be able to schedule a Discovery Call with a member of our team. In this call, we discuss your business goals and marketing needs. Depending on the package you choose, we will either work on an hourly basis or complete a task depending on word-count. In order to streamline the process, our team only starts a task after receiving approval that the last task is approved and completed.
As our packages are on a monthly subscription basis, a full payment is requested. If you are unable to pay in full, feel free to inform our staff and we will try to find a way to make it work.
Upon subscribing, you are able to request as many requests as you want, as long as they fall within the hourly or word count threshold outlined in your plan. If you run out of hours or need to request more word count, you will be prompted to submit an additional payment for the same or different plan that is more suitable to your needs.
Depending on the type of content task and its complexity, turnaround time starts from three business days until around 5 to seven business days.
As this is a subscription based service, refunds are not available on any work rendered. However, you will be able to cancel your subscription before the end of each month, should you choose not to continue.
In an effort to ensure you get value from our work, we want to make sure all hours or word count requested is used up in full prior to the end of your subscription period. As such, hours or content word count do not roll over. That being said, depending on the circumstances, our team will see what they can do if a circumstance of this nature ever arises.
Murge Media requests a two week written notice of cancellation.
We use a slack channel to keep things organized and streamlined. Depending on the package you sign up with, communications will either take place via Slack or Email, or via phone. There may be times that our team requests information from you, in which case materials can be shared through Google Drive or by recording a Loom video.
We are happy to continue revising the content until you are satisfied, however, in order to streamline the process, our team only starts a new task after receiving approval that the last task is approved and completed.
With Murge Media, you can rest assured that our team will handle project management and serve as a liaison between our team and yours to ensure you’re set up for success throughout the entire process.
